Refund & Exchange

We are certain you'll be happy with your merchandise. All knives carry a 7-day inspection period from the delivery date.
If that rare occasion arises where you feel you must return or exchange a knife, you must first contact us within 7-day inspection period to receive return instructions before returning any merchandise. Items in the customers possession for more than 7 days are not eligible for a refund. The cost of shipping on return items is at your expense and non-refundable.

Refund

  • If you wish to return an item, you must notify the CHOWAY shop via email (service@choway.com) first, and we will offer you the address to return it. We will not be responsible for your missing parcel if you send it back without contacting us before shipment. Only once the item has been received and inspected at our facility will the refund be issued.
  • Product must be returned to our shop unused, in its original package in salable condition. Any product returned to us used or damaged will not be issued a refund. 
  • The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.

Exchange

  • We will gladly exchange an item so you are happy with your purchase.
  • You need to take care of the return shipping cost if the exchange reason is 'I don't like it'.
  • There are no fees associated with an exchange due to the damaged or defective product received. Please report damaged, or defective products after the delivery, together with pictures or video proof, so we can issue this problem asap.
  • If you are returning a knife, we will not process an additional order until the knife is received in perfect condition and our return process is completed. Any request for a visual product inspection does not change our policies.

These guidelines were not created to make the return process a difficult one but simply to protect us from fraud. We appreciate your understanding and once again hope to create a pleasant shopping experience.
